An especially emotional performance for many of our graduating members, Effusion will have a new face on this spring as we whip out some seriously brand new arrangements and hit your with our classics. It may be a fresh sound but, it don't have to change...

We're laying down a hefty dose of gospel, r&b, and soul this spring so get ready to see us like you've never seen us before! With the majestic Christ Church Cathedral as our backdrop, you'll think you're on the set of Sister Act II.

Urban Groove Dance Project presents its 7th annual year-end dance show: The UG Dance Video Awards. Doors @ 6pm. Show @ 7pm. Featuring dance styles: Hip Hop, Dancehall, Ladystylin', Popping, Contemporary hip hop... and more!! And featuring special guests: Effusion A Cappella, Mosaica

McGill Club for Make a Wish is very excited to present “Make a Move”, a 5km run and walk raising money to grant wishes to terminally ill children. The run will begin at 11am starting in front on the SSMU building. The walkers will then follow beginning at 11:15am. Please join us after the run for entertainment and snacks to be served in Shatner ballroom.

For the entire school year, the poor girls living at RVC have had to trudge to and from new rez due to the renovations in their own residence's dining hall. Finally after a long wait, RVC is opening the doors to its brand new, state of the art, kitchen and cafeteria - and guess who has the honour of ringing in the occassion with a hefty bout of a cappella? Yes, us! We will be performing from 4:45 to 6:45 in the brand spanking new RVC dining hall this Friday, March 12th! If you've been waiting this whole year to come grab dinner at RVC, or just want to bask in what may be the only finalized contruction project at McGill this decade, come by and see us!

On March 11th in the SSMU Building the Fine Arts Council is holding the third annual Nuit Blanche in which the SSMU building will be taken over by artists, musicians, interactive workshop and performance. Come out for performances in interactive art, craft workshops and skill sharing, musical, dance and theatre, and artisan jewelry, clothing and art!

Effusion is singing at the passing of the olympic torch in Montreal! We are honoured to be singing "There's A Light", an original song composed by Montreal musician Gregory Charles.
