It’s hard to believe that it’s been nearly two weeks since the first Effusion members landed in SFO for the tour, but what a tour it was! If you kept up with us on Twitter, you know that there was never a dull moment as we traveled around the Bay Area performing, seeing sights, and living it up Effusion style.

Thanks go out to all those that helped make this trip happen – as well as those who made it such a blast – in and outside of Effusion. It’s times like these that remind us how much the common love and appreciation of the spectacle of music can bring people together for moments they will never forget for the rest of their lives.

We couldn’t imagine a better way to send off those leaving the group after this summer. We are especially thankful to them for everything they showed us and we look forward to each of them playing a part in Effusion’s future as friends and as alumni.

The 2010 Effusion Summer Tour has officially begun and the gang’s all here in sunny San Francisco for the first time since the Spring Concert! Between now and July 10th, we’ll be performing and enjoying the sights in SF and other parts of the Bay Area. Check in here and on the official Effusion Twitter for updates from the road.

All McGill students, newly accepted or already enrolled, are welcome. There is no experience necessary, whether you’re a natural stage performer or you only sing in the shower. If you love to sing and you want to be a part of an amazing group of fun and friendly individuals, we encourage you to try out this fall.
